J.R. Ceramic Band Heaters are made of Nichrome Round Wires winded as round coil of specific diameter & strung through good quality steatite ceramic channels. It is then insulated by ceramic fibre & placed over flexible Stainless Steel Sheet & bended as per the dimensions.
