TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRING OF EQUIPMENTS
  1. A Security Deposit equivalent to 2 times rental value is to be paid in advance. The security deposit will be refunded immediately on safe receipt of the hired equipments.
  2. Enter into on hiring agreement as per our terms and conditions.
  3. Post dated cheques towards monthly hiring charges for the entire duration of project to be given.
  4. All the Equipments have to be collected from our godown at Gowrivakkam (Tambaram) & the equipments should also be returned to JVB Assoicates Godown during business hours.
  5. You will be absolutely liable for the rental value of all damage and loss of use to our materials as follows.
    a) Telescopic Span - Rs. 1150/- each
    b) Steel Prop - Rs. 700/- each
    c) 3' x 2' Sheet - Rs. 380/- each
    d) 4' x 2' Sheet - Rs. 490/- each
  6. You cannot transfer the materials from one site to another site without our written permission.
  7. You must pay all applicable charges
    a) Loading & Unloading Charges
    b) Transportation Charges To & Fro
    c) Interest at the rate of 24 percent per year on the unpaid balance or lesser amounts permitted by law.
  8. You shall not permit any repair to our material, or allow any lein to be placed on it.
  9. All equipments should be well cleaned before returning the same.
  10. Only white oil should be applied for each application
  11. Any disputes arising out of this contract under Chennai Jurisdiction only.
