My name is L.Solomon Raju. My parents dedicated me to the Lord when I was a child. I am a Evangelist. I was born in a disciplined Christian family. My forefathers were Hindus. I have two brothers and two sisters. I am the elder son of my family. I completed B.COM.,
When I was studying in the school, from the year 1983 – 1986.
I was a teacher in Sunday School and led Vocational Bible School. In 1987, when I was studying in the College, I got involved in the ministry I was always interested in doing the Lord's work. |
I accepted Jesus, as may personal Saviour in 1990. When I went to the village to preach the Word of God. When I was studying. I used my pocket money to do village ministry.
I married in 1996. I have two children. In 1997, I started my business by faith. During 1997-1998. I had to face a big loss in the business. At the time of loss. I offered my tithe to the Lord. Then, when I began to spend my time at the feet of the lord, I felt his presence, He blessed me and my business began to thrive.
On December 26th, 2004 at 8.30 a.m. we planned to go to the beach to give baptism to the believers. One of our church brothers came to me and advised that we should go to the beach only in the evening not in the morning.
So I listened to him. That was the time when God protected us from the Tsunami waves. The Lord saved me from perishing. I surrendered to the call God on my life.
God spoke to me through Psalm:146 and Joshua 1:3, 5, 6. "I will give you every place where you set your foot as I promised to Moses. No one will be able to stand up against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses. So I will be with you. I will never leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and courageous. So with this assurance from the Lord", I started Soul Win Mission with Prayer Tower and Village Ministry.
