You have to pay per month Rs.960 x 60 months, totally Rs.57,600/-. If you pay Rs.57,600/- in a single payment, documents charges will be borne by us (or) If you pay 33 months instalments (Rs.31,680/-) in single payment. On the same day itself documents will be registered in your name (or) pay Rs.960 through 33 months and registration will be made at the end of 33rd month. For this Rs.960/- you can get receipt from us.
If your amount is required in between your instalment period, the same land will be arranged to sell to some one else and your payment will be reimbursed without interest.

This farm land will be maintained by us for first 60 months for better yield. From 61st month onwards the same will be handed over to you for your own maintenence. From the date of land is handed over to you, we will not claim any right on the same land. If you are unable to maintain this land, we will undertake the responsibility for which according to yield per coconut Re.1/- will be deducted towards maintenence and the balance will be handed over to you. This is called "The Golden Millenium Farm". In this land if you require a farm house or an ultramodern bungalow, after attaining permission we will help you to build the same. This land do obtained within 35 to 50 kms range from Meenambakkam Airport.
